Ensure the process is operational and capable of meeting the needs of the business

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Degree educated, in a STEM subject
Experience working within quality and implementing quality processes and procedures
Confident working with APQP, PPAP & European standards
Team leading experience
Knowledgeable with European standards and codes.
Results oriented and strategic mindset.
Experience working on Lean Projects.
Plant startup experience preferred but not essential
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Willing to travel both nationally and internationally
